Logistics Tracking Coordinator
What will you be doing?
- Engaging our carriers to ensure tracking updates are received in a timely and accurate manner.
- Confirming that all tracking information is correct and updated in our system.
- Working with our carriers to ensure we are maximizing the utilization of our tracking systems.
- Scheduling and rescheduling pick-up and delivery appointments as needed.
- Alerting the Logistics Coordinator(s) of any anticipated or actual issues that might impact the timely pick-up and delivery of a shipment or that might put the shipment at risk of damage, theft, or loss.
- Ensuring that we receive and upload customer and carrier rate confirmations on every applicable shipment.
- Communicating with team members and customers to build strong working relationships.
- Participating in special projects as needed

Logistics Account Executive
What will you be doing?
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing new customers and carriers
- Maintaining and growing business from existing customers and carriers
- Negotiating with customers and carriers to establish pricing, service, and mode requirements
- Providing proactive communication with customers and carriers
- Performing general administrative duties necessary to ensure customer and carrier expectations are met
- Ensuring compliance to all company policies and adherence to established company processes
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of prior brokerage experience with a focus on business development
- Demonstrated success in developing and growing a book of business
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic
- Ability to quickly process information and make decisions
- Effective negotiation and problem solving skills, and the ability to resolve conflict
- General computer skills – proficiency with MS Office
- Working knowledge of US, Canada, and Mexico geography
Inside Sales Representative
What will you be doing?
- Prospecting for new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
- Identifying customer needs and recommending logistics solutions
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotes
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
- Fluency in Spanish or French preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM system preferred
- Knowledge of cross-border trade regulations is an asset
